Eric is a seasoned leader and operator with deep experience across Big-4, financial services, life sciences, and nonprofit. He has held senior roles at Deloitte, EY, IBM, and Thomson Reuters, where he led strategic initiatives, operational redesigns, and complex multi-country operations and programs. Eric brings the strategic, analytical, and execution-driven leadership expected of a President.

Cherry is an experienced accounting and operations leader with a background overseeing finance teams, payroll, compliance, and HR administration across multiple industries. She has managed end to end accounting functions, supported regulatory requirements, and led teams responsible for daily financial operations. Cherry brings the practical, detail focused, people centered leadership needed to run high performing delivery teams and ensure consistent execution across BOSS's Philippines operations.
